Roku Smart Home cameras are meant to make life a little easier. For some, that could conceivably mean making hide-and-seek a little easier. For others, it could mean keeping your pup from his destructive tendencies a little easier.

The intent of these commercials, other than to boost awareness of Roku Smart Home’s most popular product category, was to make easy home monitoring seem less “scary chaotic” (burglars) and more “fun chaotic” (chasing Noodle).

These were by far the most fun commercials I’ve scripted. I even had the opportunity to be part of the creative production process, helping cast our talent—human and dog. Rambo the Goldendoodle, your Oscar is on its way.
